CONCERN Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. is pleased to be able to provide life-situation support to ALL employees and their families through the free and confidential CONCERN:EAP program developed by the Cleveland Clinic. If you have questions about how to use CONCERN:EAP that are not answered here or in the accompanying packet, please contact Katie Haupt or your local benefits administrator.
CONCERN:EAP offers assessment, short-term counseling, referral, and follow-up services for those who want assistance in dealing with life changes or problems. It could be one of your most important employee benefits from ALL.
Why Do I Need CONCERN:EAP?
We know that life isn't always easy. Personal situations change, and change can bring stress that affects the way you feel and work. You might be dealing with marital or family problems, drug, alcohol, or gambling addictions, aging or ill parents, or financial difficulties.
CONCERN:EAP is free and confidential (at no time and in no way can your employer or supervisor receive information about your use of this program). CONCERN:EAP is structured to protect your privacy by the power of law. Remember, ALL pays for the benefit, but the nature of the service remains private - and it's free.
Getting help when you need it is a sign of your strength and resolve, so please don't hesitate to take advantage of this free employee benefit - any time, day or night, 365 days a year.
CONCERN:EAP Services
Educational programs, short-term counseling, referral services, and financial counseling are available to all employees and their families for many life-changing situations:

What is CONCERN:EAP®?
CONCERN Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free employee assistance program offering assessment, short-term counseling, referral, and follow-up services for ALL employees and their families who want assistance in dealing with life changes or problems.
Who can use the CONCERN Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?
ALL employees who are covered by the CONCERN:EAP benefit and their dependents. CONCERN is an employer pre-paid program. There is no charge to the employee or household members. If the person is referred for additional services outside of CONCERN:EAP, the employee is responsible for those charges not covered by the Company insurance plan.
What kind of problems does CONCERN:EAP help with?
CONCERN:EAP helps people with all types of issues. Stress is often a byproduct of life changes, and CONCERN:EAP helps individuals learn to better cope with those changes. Some of the issues people come to us with include:

CONCERN:EAP is available when you need it. For convenience, appointments may be arranged for day or evening, Monday through Saturday. An immediate response hot line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What about my privacy?
All records and information are the exclusive property of CONCERN:EAP and are kept separate from your medical and employment records. No information will be given to ALL that will identify who is using the program. All federal and state laws regarding confidentiality apply.

Where can I access CONCERN:EAP services?
In greater Cleveland: CONCERN:EAP has ten convenient locations staffed by qualified counselors. You do not have to go to a Cleveland Clinic Hospital or Family Health Center.
Nationwide: CONCERN:EAP services are available throughout the United States. Provider selection will be based on your individual situation and arranged at the location nearest you.
